Alternatively, if you click ORDER
ONLINE and proceed to place the desired materials in the cart, a
shipping cost is calculated after you've selected materials,
quantities, and filled out shipping address etc. An order is not registered
until you hit SUBMIT ORDER. As of right now, the only orders
that can be completed completely online are items that use the UPS Small
Item Shipping. This shipping option will ship out smaller items such
as EB-TY, Samples, Finishing & cleaning supplies, Grills, and Vents.
Choosing UPS Small Item Shipping for anything large (i.e. Flooring,
Dimensional Lumber, etc) will NOT complete your order. You must call
for shipping until further notice on all larger items until our integration
with CCX is complete.
Shipping expenses are borne by the buyer at
cost. We do not profit on shipments, rather our volume discounts enable
significant cost savings.
Unloading. The customer is expected to provide
one able-bodied person to help the driver unload. If none is available,
the delivery will be rescheduled and additional charge incurred. The
drivers normally hand the material from the bed of the truck to whoever
is assisting, alternatively he places it "curbside" on dunnage.
Return Policy. We allow returns of stock items
up to 45 days from invoice date, and the invoice must accompany them.
Restocking charge is normally 20%. Returns must be in original condition
without cuts and in original boxes. Credit card refunds are credited
to customer's account and cash/check payments are refunded within 30
days of receipt of returned merchandise in good condition. Special orders
require a 50% deposit upon ordering and balance due prior to shipping.
Special orders cannot be returned for credit
unless the manufacturer will accept the return. When ordering online
you will find the shipping costs to your particular destination. Always

the amount from your credit card, i.e. makes sure the funds are available.
Upon shipment, the payment is "captured", i.e. credited to your card.
