Q: What is the delivery time?
A: In general, stocked items (i.e. most flooring and decking) ship in 2-3 days. However, some flooring and many accessories are not stocked and therefore usually ship in 2-6 weeks. Upon ordering please indicate your time preference and keep the 2-6 weeks in mind. We will be able to tell you more upon ordering.

Q: Doesn't long-distance delivery increase chances of damage?
A: Damages can occur with any shipment. The quality of high-end shipping services has improved immensely over the past few years. We use Con-Way Central Express (CCX) nationwide carriers for long distance shipments of most products. Unlike other common carriers, the care with which CCX handles our products has been particularly satisfying. Less than 2% of our customers experience a damage claim.

Q: What happens if there is a damage on my shipment?
A: In the rare event a damage occurs, we arrange for a quick resolution of the situation by a prompt inspection of the damage by the freight company. The inevitable time delay is not compensated for in such case.
