 Installation of the Ezydeck™ Modular Decking System is both quick and easy. Only minimal preparation is necessary – no adhesive, no special tools and no extra parts are required. The basic requirement is a solid, level and well drained surface, either indoors or outdoors. Most paved or concrete areas including balconies, patios, verandas, entrances, around pools and other wet areas are ideal for laying Ezydeck™ tiles. Even high traffic commercial areas can be laid with the Ezydeck™ Modular Decking System. Back to Ezydeck main page View some Jarrah Decking applications View some Ezydeck applications To assemble the Ezydeck™ Modular Decking System, place the first tile in position and then lock the adjacent tile in place by pushing it down to engage the special connecting tabs on the edges of each tile. Continue adding tiles in this manner until all tiles are securely locked in place to each adjacent tile. Different patterns can easily be made by combining tiles from any of the four available styles. |

| Fitting
around corners, posts and pipes is no problem since the unique base allows
cut-outs to be achieved with ease. Just cut the desired shape from the tile
using a jigsaw or handsaw. Care should be taken if the tiles are being installed in exterior situations when the temperature is below minus 20ºC (minus 4ºF) as the polypropylene connecting tabs on the base can become increasingly brittle at very low temperatures. Provided the tiles have been laid on a stable base however, low temperature conditions should not affect the ongoing performance of the Ezydeck™ Modular Decking System. |

| Care and Maintenance | ||||
|
The Ezydeck™
Modular Decking System requires very little maintenance to preserve its
unique appearance. Cleaning is simple matter of brushing with a stiff
brush or washing with water. We recommend an initial application of oil with a soft cloth or brush followed by applications every 6-12 months if preservation of the natural reddish brown timber colour is desired. A specially formulated oil can be supplied if required. |

| Every Ezydeck™ Modular Decking System tile is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not cover natural imperfections or variations in timber, misuse or failure to maintain the timber, or being laid on a surface that is not properly supported well drained. | ||||
