 Kährs
products are considered to be products of great quality. They are
manufactured chiefly in three-ply and are available in one, two and
three-strip versions.
Kährs products are mainly "floating", where the parquet
boards are bonded together side by side and not to the underfloor. There
are different types of bottom and middle layers, as well as different
thicknesses. Linnea is a veneer product (i.e. with a thin top layer)
and is performing very well. The company’s wood floors have been produced
with the woodloc® joint since mid-2001, and has achieved market leadership
in lock systems. Kährs has production units in Nybro, Ljusdal and Blomstermåla
(Sweden) and in Brumunddal (Norway).

1 Strip
The wear layer, the part of the board that you see and walk on,
is sawn in one piece.
This gives a lot of wood feeling and often you can find all the
natural variations of the wood such as knots, variations in colour
and in grain.

2 Strip
The wear layer, the part of the board that you see and walk on,
are made of two strips in the width.
The strips are sorted to give the different floors different characters.

3 Strip
The wear layer, the part of the board that you see and walk on,
is made of three strips in the width, in different lengths randomly
placed on the board.
3-strip floor can be sorted in many different ways to create floor
with a variety of charcters.

Ship´s Decking
A floor with maritim feel. With a decorative strip and wood
plugs in each end of the board to give the image of a real Ships
Deck.
The pattern is pre made and the floor is delivered in whole
boards as all our parquet floors are.

Dutch Pattern
An old classic board in a new way.
The wear layer, the part of the board that you see and walk
on, is made of 3 strips in the width and one across.
When the boards has been layed it will be a beutiful
"cable stitch pattern".
